Do you require cancellation notice?
If you need to change or cancel a scheduled service, we require one business day's notice.


Do I need to do anything before the cleaning?
In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up any extraneous household items or tidy work surfaces.


What happens if one of your employees gets injured in my home?
All of our employees are covered under our Worker's Compensation insurance.


How and when do I pay for my cleaning?
For residential cleanings you will pay for your service at the time of your service. If you are not going to be home during or after your cleaning, you can leave a check or cash. We will be accepting Visa and Master Card payments in the near future. For qualified commercial customers we offer net 30 day payments.


Can I have a regular schedule?
We offer regular weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service. Generally you can have a day that works for you. Our staff arrives and cleans between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. We also have some appointments available on Saturdays.


How often will you clean my home?
We offer one-time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service. Just let us know what your needs are, and we can customize and prioritize your cleanings.


Can I trust the employees you send out to my home?
Our professionally uniformed employees have had complete criminal record checks, are fully bondable, insured, and work under the guidance of a supervisor.  


Are your employees bonded and insured?
Yes.


How much do you charge?
This really depends on many different factors. We would need to have some information about your home before giving an estimate. The condition of the home, the size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and amount of tile or carpet are just a few of the things we will need to give you an accurate estimate. We have created a very easy to use form that only takes a few minutes of your time to determine a very accurate estimate, call us today!


If I decide to have regular service, do I need to sign a contract?
No! We do not require you to sign anything.

Our environmentally friendly Green Cleanz products are always supplied by Dirty Deedz Cleaning.


What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a statutory holiday we will contact you to reschedule.
